Responsibilities:
- Accountable to ensure merchandising field reps have all materials required for field execution of client’s needs.
- Develop and communicate training materials/in-store approach for field as required.
- Virtually meet with client on a weekly basis to discuss compliance and identify any issues or opportunities.
- Accountable as the primary field contact for the client in the Montreal area.
- Primary contact for Client Services and Field Management with respect to client program including identifying reporting & compliance issues.
- Responsible for ensuring field compliance with client’s established fixture, display and photo standards.
- Work in the field and be available for new hires to ensure training standards are met and achieved.
- Act as a Merchandiser in the event of uncovered locations and/or rep performance issues
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Smart Phone
- Ability to travel to retail locations within the Montreal territory on a daily basis
- Ability to interact with client and retail store staff to ensure compliance
- Prior work experience in Retail and Merchandising required
- Excellent communication and team building skills
- Merchandising and Planogram experience required
