We are hiring a BILINGUAL (French and English speaking) Client Services Coordinator, who is fully bilingual in French, to work in our Vaughan office on a hybrid work schedule. As a strong administrator, you will support our client service management and human resources teams. To be successful, you must be organized, deadline-driven, adept in excel, have an understanding of retail and able to multi task. You will be proficient at speaking, reading and writing both English and French. Your experience will include project management, translation of company communication, customer service, and strong administration skills. Responsibilities include supporting our client services management team, human resources team and the field merchandising teams. This support can include; execution information, client metrics, translation, job setup, communications, data collection, and review analysis.
